2025 Virtual Leadership Conference
Empowering Florida’s Public Health Workforce
Hosted by the Florida Public Health Association and the Region IV Public Health Training Center

Join us for a four-part virtual leadership series designed to strengthen and support Florida’s public health workforce. Supported by funding from the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), this interactive conference offers practical strategies for building effective teams, improving communication in high-pressure situations, enhancing quality improvement, and addressing compassion fatigue in the workplace.
Participants can earn up to 4 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Public health professionals, leaders, and staff across Florida’s Department of Health, FPHA members, and others dedicated to advancing leadership and excellence in public health.
Format:
This is a virtual Zoom series. Participants may register for one or multiple sessions.

Registration Fees:

- FPHA Members: FREE
- Non-Members: $20 per session or $80 for the full series
