Description:
The Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership (MAPP) framework provides a structure for communities to assess their most pressing population health issues and align resources across sectors for strategic action. This half-day preconference workshop offers an opportunity for attendees to learn about the evolution of MAPP including an overview of the recent updates to the MAPP framework, available resources and tools to support community health improvement work, and an interactive first-hand look at the three new MAPP assessments: The Community Status Assessment, Community Partner Assessment, and Community Context Assessment.
