Refunds:
FPHA will refund the full registration payment for meetings provided we receive notification
by the date noted on the meeting conference fee information sheet. Special consideration may be given to unusual circumstances.
Privacy Policy:
It is the privacy policy of FPHA that all information collected by the Florida
Public Health Association for meeting registrations and membership, is not shared with any other parties unless stated in
writing and approved by the FPHA Board of Directors. NO credit card information is shared with anyone.
